I only have experience on sharing hosting with WHM/Cpanel, will there be any problem for me to setup my forum site if I get VPS from slhost?

Once you find out if you want to use our nameservers or register your own and then get that all setup, it's not a whole lot different than shared hosting. Some get overwhelmed with this, but we're there to help you out in any way. We can help setup your nameservers and from there, you just need to create new accounts using WHM. Once an account is created, you can then login to Cpanel for the account and start using it just like you would on a shared server.

You will have full root access to WHM so you will have whatever options you need and we can help set them up if needed. I see you have PHP 5 installed. We install PHP 4.4.4 by default, but a simple support request to upgrade PHP is all that's needed and we'll do that for you.

What is the QoS limits?
Are there any restriction on number of hits or any other restriction for the sites?

The Virtuozzo VPS software uses QoS settings to keep resources in check on the node. Each account has limits on number of processes, amount of memory that can be used, etc. The only package limiting QoS settings are the memory settings and disk space. We can customize the other setting to work for each client for the most part. Our default settings are fine for 98% of the users.
